01 / YOUR IDEA, TAKEN FURTHER

A production partner. From the beginning.

You may have a sketch, a finished tech pack, or a pattern ready to sew. We’ll discuss where you are and the support your project needs.

fukule brings together patternmaking, material sourcing and garment production through a network of factories and craftspeople in Japan.

01

Develop your pattern

Translate your sketches and design intent into patterns, or discuss adjustments to an existing pattern.

02

Choose your materials

Discuss fabrics, trims and sourcing support suited to the garment you want to create.

03

Sample, refine, produce

Review a sample, work through refinements and agree the details before moving into production.

02 / THE PEOPLE BEHIND FULLOADING

Japanese roots. Open possibilities.

Based in Kiryu, a textile city in Gunma, fukule connects the skills of makers with new approaches to apparel production.

FULLOADING is your introduction to our world of patterns and making. When you’re ready to develop your own garments, the team behind it is here to discuss the next step.

03 / HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Clear steps. Thoughtful making.

Start with a conversation.
We’ll clarify the scope before production begins.

  1. 01

    Tell us your idea

Share the garment, quantity, timing and any sketches, patterns or specifications you have.

  2. 02

    Define the project

Discuss feasibility, materials, development needs and a project-specific estimate.

  3. 03

    Review your sample

Check the fit and finish, and agree any changes before approving production.

  4. 04

    Make & deliver

Confirm production details, quality requirements and delivery arrangements.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few useful
starting points.

Do I need a finished pattern or tech pack?+

No. Tell us what you already have. Pattern development and material sourcing can be discussed as part of the project.

What is the minimum order quantity?+

Quantity requirements depend on the garment, material and production process. Include your target quantity so we can discuss a suitable approach.

How much will it cost, and how long will it take?+

Pricing and timing are project-specific. Materials, development, quantity and finishing all affect the estimate. We’ll clarify the scope with you first.

Can I use my own original design?+

Yes. Your project does not need to use a FULLOADING library pattern. Share your original design or describe the support you need.

Can you arrange delivery outside Japan?+

Please tell us your destination country. Shipping options, costs and any import arrangements will need to be confirmed for your project.

04 / LET’S MAKE SOMETHING

Your next collection starts with
